All sessions are self-pay and invoiced weekly. We do not bill insurance at this time.
This is a brief phone meeting to discuss what is important to you as you consider therapy as the next best step in your healing journey. Bring your questions and I will share my therapeutic style, my approach and theory of change, and next steps. This session is free and we both have the option on how to move forward and verify that working with me is really something you want to commit to - real change requires time and effort.
Individual therapy is typically scheduled weekly; depending on personal situation, and need, it can also be bi-weekly or intermittent.
Sometimes 60 minutes is not quite enough time. As part of the ongoing therapeutic process we can decide together if more time is needed on an occasional or on-going basis.

Couples share that on average it takes 6-12 months to experience real change in their relationship, and longer for deepened connection.
Couples therapy works best when scheduled weekly. Bi-weekly is an alternative, generally slower process.

If you currently see another therapist and would like to add individual Brainspotting sessions to complement your current treatment please email me or select "Brainspotting" in the scheduling link. If you are a current client, Brainspotting may be used, intermixed with other modalities, throughout the course of treatment in your normal sessions.
