Therapy is my second career, and my new life's work. I pivoted away from the business world because it wasn't the right fit for me and I pondered how to make an impact in my community.
Grad school at Fuller Seminary deepened my enthusiasm for depth work in counseling and I later had the opportunity to get training and experience in Brainspotting, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP).
I now have advanced training in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and *Brainspotting, and often use Internal Family Systems to support the EFT framework.
*Brainspotting is used to engage in emotionally corrective experiences, supporting the brain, heart, and body to connect with deeply felt experiences and begin to heal. I can also provide Brainspotting as as an adjunct to your current therapy program even if we do not regularly work together.
It would be an honor to walk with you on your healing journey.
